Booking Policy

Cleaning Services:

General

  • Please inform us of any pre-existing damage, fragile areas, or special cleaning requirements before work begins. We cannot be held responsible for issues arising after the service if these were not disclosed. 
  • All services are carried out at the property owner’s risk. 
  • Heavily soiled or neglected areas may incur additional charges due to the extra time and resources required. 
  • While we strive for the highest standards, some cleaning tasks may exceed the scope of a standard service. In such cases, we will do our best within the limits of the service booked. 
  • To allow us to work efficiently, please ensure the service area is free from excessive clutter and personal items before our arrival. 
  • We do not move heavy furniture or appliances unless specifically agreed upon in advance. Any such movement is at the customer’s risk. 

Bookings & Payments 

  • One-off bookings require a 25% deposit to secure the appointment. The booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied to the final balance upon completion of the service. 
  • Regular cleaning services do not require a deposit. 
  • All deposits are non-refundable. 
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the agreed service cost. Any cancellation made the day before the appointment, regardless of the time, is considered less than 24 hours’ notice. 
  • If a booking is cancelled and rebooked, we may require full payment upfront for the new appointment. 
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, unless other terms have been agreed upon. 
  • We accept BACS, card payments, and cash. Please note, cheques are not accepted. 
  • Prices listed are guidelines only and may vary based on the size of the property, level of cleaning required, and any additional services requested. 
  • Online bookings are provisional until confirmed and may be subject to minor changes. 

Service Requirements 

  • Our home services require access to electricity and running water at the service location. 
  • We cover areas within a 20-mile radius. Locations outside this range may incur an additional charge. 
  • We are unable to perform services in unsafe or hazardous environments (e.g., infestations, severe structural damage, or health hazards). 
  • In the event of severe weather or circumstances that prevent us from safely completing the service, we will reschedule your booking at no extra cost. 

 

 

Vehicle Services:

General 

  • Please inform us of any pre-existing damage, modifications, or fragile areas before work begins. We cannot be held responsible for issues arising after the service if these were not disclosed. 
  • All services are carried out at the vehicle owner's risk. 
  • Heavily soiled or neglected vehicles may incur additional charges due to the extra time and resources required. 
  • While we strive for the highest standards, some vehicles may exceed the scope of conventional valeting. In such cases, we will do our best within the limits of the service. 
  • When requesting an engine bay clean, please be aware there is an increased risk to electronic components, particularly in older vehicles. 
  • To allow us to work efficiently, please ensure the vehicle is clear of personal items and child seats before your appointment. If child seats need to be removed, they will not be reinstalled for health and safety reasons. 
  • Our maintenance discount applies to vehicles rebooked within 4–6 weeks of the last service. After this period, standard rates apply.

  • We cover areas within a 20-mile radius. Locations outside this range will incur an additional charge. 
  • We are unable to perform any services on public roads or in public car parks for safety and legal reasons. 
  • In the event of wet weather, we can operate using a gazebo, provided there is sufficient space for setup. 
  • If weather conditions are deemed unsafe or too severe, we will reschedule your booking at no extra cost.
