Do you offer one-off cleaning services?
Yes, we offer both regular and one-off cleaning services. Whether you need a deep clean for your home, office, or oven, we’ll tailor our service to suit your requirements.

How are your prices determined?
Our domestic and office cleaning services are priced per job, based on the size, condition, and specific cleaning needs. For oven cleaning, we offer fixed prices depending on the type of appliance and any additional items. We provide a free consultation and quote before we begin any work.

Do I need to be present for the cleaning service?
For domestic and office cleaning, it’s generally recommended that you be available for the initial consultation so we can discuss your specific needs. However, for ongoing regular cleans, you don’t need to be present—just let us know any access instructions, and we’ll take care of the rest. For oven cleaning, you don’t need to be present, but we are happy to work around your schedule.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and professional equipment. 

Are your cleaning services insured?
Yes, all our cleaning services are fully insured, providing you with peace of mind that your property is in safe hands.

How long will the cleaning take?
The duration of the service depends on the size and condition of the property or appliance. We focus on getting the job done to a very high standard rather than how long it takes, ensuring thorough and quality results every time. We’ll provide an estimated time frame during the consultation based on your specific needs.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the agreed service cost. Any cancellation made the day before the appointment, regardless of the time, is considered less than 24 hours’ notice. 

Do you clean ovens with self-cleaning functions?
Yes, we clean ovens with self-cleaning functions. We’ll manually clean all parts of the oven, including the interior, racks, and trays, to ensure it’s spotless and free of grease and residue.

Do you clean ovens in the same visit for other appliances?
Yes, we can clean ovens and other appliances (such as microwaves, hobs, and extractor hoods) during the same visit. You’ll receive a comprehensive service for all your kitchen cleaning needs.
